Your mission this week:

1. Read the introduction of Oscillations and the first section of the workbook.

2. Track your creative oscillations

  • Record this data daily in the attached spreadsheet.

3. Monitor your sleep patterns

  • Use a sleep tracking app or manually record your sleep times and quality. I use an Oura ring.
  • Note this information in your Daily Log.

4. Reflect daily

  • Each evening, answer the reflection questions in your workbook.

5. Reflect weekly

  • Complete the weekly tab to reflect on the data you have

6. Complete the week 1 challenge

  • At the end of the week, write a short summary analyzing your current digital and sleep habits.

Remember, this week is about observation, not judgment. We’re creating a map of your current creative landscape, which will be invaluable as we progress.

Tip of the week: Approach this task with curiosity. You might be surprised by what you discover about your habits and rhythms!
